ho provato il tuo software con un'immagine (scarsina a dire il vero...) e funziona egregiamente, ho dovuto però fare il procedimento più lungo!
Ottimo, sembra funzionare bene, e anche il tutorial è preciso e dummy-proof

Hey Larry, I'm testing the application since quite a bit. I love it for making the overimpressions of the sky map.
Probably due to the poor quality and resolution of my pictures, I have sometimes problems in getting a match. I use the NOMAD catalog (thinking that bigger is better).
I also wonder if your application can be used as Astrometrica, in order to find the equivalent focal length. It would be nice if I could set an approximate value and having back the exact value.

Ciao Larry, sto testando l'applicazione da un po'. Mi piace molto per mettere la sovraimpressione della mappa del cielo.
Probabilmente a causa della bassa qualita e risoluzione delle mie foto, ho a volte problemi ad ottenere il match. Uso il catalogo NOMAD (pensando che piu' e' grande meglio e').
Mi chiedo poi se la tua applicazione puo' essere usata come Astrometrica, per ottenere la focale equivalente. Sarebbe bello se potessi inserire un valore approssimato ed ottenere il valore esatto.

Well, not allways bigger is better - it depends on the amount of exposed stars in your picture and focal length of you optical setup. I usually use usnob for 2000mm+ anything under 1500mm tycho2 and under 100mm sao - I think maybe this is one way to see it in terms of quality vs quantity.

I have some focal estimator in place implemented one or two versions ago - you can find it under measurment tools icon (once your image is solved). There on the last line you will see the estimated focal - to get the focal of the image you must drag the measurement tool from top left to top right(diagonal). There is still probably some fine tunning to do on that but so far I have tested it works.
