19.- The awarded images will become the property of the Excmo. Cabildo Insular
de La Palma, being included in the amounts of the awards the remuneration for the
exploitation rights and exhibition in its broadest sense including, therefore, reproduction,
exhibition and dissemination, distribution, public communication and transformation in
any format or medium, known or not at present, in relation to which reference will always
be made to their authors. However, the authors of the winning pictures may request this
Cabildo Insular authorization to make use of them in publications related to astronomy and
free of charge.
Mai vista una clausola così pesante in un concorso di astrofotografia!!!
