I've just opened,again,the package,
and this time the mirror I've received is possibly WORST
than the one previously sent.
As you can see the mirror is so badly cut that
it not even shows an elliptical profile,up as down.
I've always been happy with TS,but believe me,this time I'm really disappointed with what seems to be a lack of
quality control on the items prior shipping.
Therefore I'll send this mirror back as a return with refund because I'm not,for sure,willing to open a package for a third time and find myself with such a bad piece of optics in my hands.

please take a look to these images and read the mail, the client has sent to us. Mr. Michelassi is a good client of us and I am absolute not happy, that Mr. Michelassi now is disappointed with this situation.
Please offer him a good solution and do not forget, he have had to pay shipping costs to him TWICE – because your other secondary also was not ok.

Io gli dico che glielo rimanderò indietro,e loro si lamentano con la Orion per aver dovuto pagare due volte una spedizione,chiedendogli di trovarmi una soluzione.

Lo specchio l'ho comprato da loro e loro me lo dovranno rimborsare,o no ?!?
Capperi,neanche la SECONDA volta l'hanno controllato prima di spedirmelo !
